The Mayor of Bolesławiec informs:
From 1 July 2022 to 8 July 2022, public consultations have been scheduled to collect opinions on the change of the current name of Michał Kutuzowa Street, recorded in the land and property register as plot no. 131/3, precinct 0009-Bolesławiec-9, classified as a municipal road, located within the city of Bolesławiec, to the name “Battle of Warsaw Street”.
Method of conducting the consultations:
- The consultations will be conducted by means of a questionnaire using a form whose template is specified in the appendix to Order No. 178/2022 of the Mayor of Bolesławiec dated 24 June 2022 concerning the public consultations on changing the name of Michał Kutuzowa Street in Bolesławiec.
- Questionnaire form:
- will be posted on the notice board of the Bolesławiec City Hall;
- will be published on the website of the Municipality of Bolesławiec;
- will be published in the Public Information Bulletin of the Municipality of Bolesławiec – https://www.um.boleslawiec.bip-gov.pl, “Notice Board”, “Public Consultations”, “2022”;
- will be sent to residents of Michał Kutuzowa Street in Bolesławiec, together with an invitation to submit opinions in person or by post to the address of the Bolesławiec City Hall.
- Completed questionnaires should be submitted between 1 July 2022 and 8 July 2022:
- at the Customer Service Office of the Bolesławiec City Hall, 41 Rynek Street, 59-700 Bolesławiec, during office hours: Monday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Tuesday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m., or:
- sent by post to the above-mentioned office address, or
- submitted electronically to the email address: umboleslawiec@um.boleslawiec.pl.
- The submission date is considered to be the date on which the questionnaire is received by the Bolesławiec City Hall.
- at the Customer Service Office of the Bolesławiec City Hall, 41 Rynek Street, 59-700 Bolesławiec, during office hours: Monday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Tuesday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m., or:
- Information about the course and results of the consultations will be made public on the notice board of the Bolesławiec City Hall, on the website of the Municipality of Bolesławiec, in the Public Information Bulletin of the Municipality of Bolesławiec, through local media, and to the Bolesławiec City Council.
Important:
- The consultations are local in scope and may be attended exclusively by residents of Michał Kutuzowa Street in Bolesławiec.
- The consultations are intended to gather opinions, and their outcome is not binding on the municipal authorities.
- The consultations are valid regardless of the number of participants.
- The City Secretary and the Property and Spatial Management Department are responsible for conducting the consultations.
