Our students (...) took part in the #sprzątaMy las campaign. The campaign invitation came from the Bolesławiec Forest District.
The school adds:
The young people cleaned up part of the forest, where they collected (unfortunately) several bags of rubbish.
We have written repeatedly in these pages about the mess and vandalism that partygoers/vandals leave in various places across our county. Often, when the matter concerned the City of Ceramics, we asked either the municipal police or the Municipal Housing Management Facility for comment on the issue. We understand that this problem cannot be eliminated entirely. We know that the services cannot be on duty in one place around the clock.
Perhaps, then, it is worth ONCE AGAIN – certainly rather naively – appealing to fans of spending time outdoors (and drinking or taking drugs): first, take your rubbish with you. And second, do not vandalize something that is a common good. Let them channel this energy into a more creative and sensible pursuit.
