For the first time, the Equality March is taking place in Wrocław in June rather than October. The change is connected with the fact that June is known as Pride Month. Therefore, this year participants will walk through the streets of Wrocław under the slogan “Pride without prejudice”.
This year, the demand raised by the march participants was the right to family life for LGBTQ+ people.
– We demand a full life, full rights to happiness and family life – it was appealed at the march in Wrocław. – The right to marry, adopt children, and have the families we build legally recognised.
Residents of Bolesławiec are also taking part in the march, and we warmly greet them.
