The contract with Inter-System was signed on April 26 at the Day Care Center in Bolesławiec. The Residential Care Home, which will be built at 14 Piastów Street, is intended for 57 residents. The building will have three above-ground floors. The ground floor will contain facilities serving the residents, including a dining room, kitchen and rehabilitation rooms, a chapel, offices for employees, a treatment room and a four-person room for permanent care. Single- and double-occupancy rooms with bathrooms have been designed on the first floor and in the attic.
A parking lot with 32 spaces will be built on the Residential Care Home premises. The Residential Care Home will be equipped with a telephone network, internet and television. Thirty vacuum tube collectors will be installed at the facility. The investment is scheduled for completion in 14 months.
