On Wednesday, May 11, at approximately 11:03 a.m., firefighters received a call about an unconscious man who had lost consciousness on a bus. Bolesławiec officers:

The vehicle was at the PKS bus station, located opposite the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec.

The firefighters responded very quickly. The resuscitation operation was started by the PKS bus driver. When no vital signs were detected in the casualty, cardiopulmonary resuscitation was immediately begun using a defibrillator, which delivered an electric shock. KP PSP: “Further chest compressions were continued until the emergency medical team arrived.”

When the emergency medical team arrived at the scene, the Bolesławiec firefighters continued the rescue operation together with the paramedics. The result? Officials: “An effectively conducted resuscitation operation lasting approximately 30 minutes had a positive outcome and saved the injured man’s life.”
