Company Favorite Gifts Print Europe has expanded its branch in Bolesławiec. The newly built hall, intended for use as a warehouse and printing facility, looks impressive. The Dutch company Favorite Gifts decided to expand the branch after recognizing the potential and further development opportunities in the City of Ceramics.
The hosts of the official opening of the completed investment were company president Arno van Helden and director of the Bolesławiec branch Maciej Śliwa. Director Maciej Śliwa welcomed those gathered. Among them were foreign guests, company employees and associates, as well as everyone who contributed to the expansion of the Bolesławiec branch.
Company president Arno van Helden then spoke. The president expressed his satisfaction at the completion of the investment in Bolesławiec. He spoke about the difficult time in which the company decided to invest, but did not hide the fact that he looked to the future with optimism and hope for further development.
Local government representatives were also present at the opening, including representatives of the city of Bolesławiec and Bolesławiec County. From the hands of the President of Bolesławiec Piotr Roman, president Arno van Helden received two gifts: a commemorative gorget and Bolesławiec pottery.

After the ribbon-cutting and a toast, director Maciej Śliwa showed the guests around the company’s premises, including the new hall and printing facility. The ceremony concluded with refreshments. The invited guests also received gifts in the form of commemorative Parker pens with engraving and a bottle produced at the Bolesławiec branch that also functions as a thermos.

The Bolesławiec branch began operations in 2015. The decision to expand was strategic, prompted by the centralization of operations and the shortening of order fulfillment times; faster fulfillment of orders for printed promotional items will be possible because warehouse stock is available at the printing facility (previously, goods intended for printing were transported from the Netherlands). The expansion increased the facility’s area sixfold. Following the expansion, its total area is more than 21,000 m².
About the company
For more than 50 years, we have helped our customers by offering them suitable promotional gifts. We do not do this out of a desire to sell large quantities of pens, but because we believe in the power of a personal gift. A tangible product whose message is clear and recognizable.
We have been active in this industry for so long that we know exactly what quality means. That is why we apply the prints to our products ourselves at our own facilities. At the same time, we provide excellent service and offer customers personal advice based on our knowledge of the industry. Together, we work hard to ensure the company’s continued growth.
We are looking for people who share our vision. People who, like us, place a high value on quality and customer satisfaction. Would you like to join an ambitious international company? View our job vacancies.
History
In 1965, Adrie van Helden founded Van Helden Relatiegeschenken. We started by selling printed pens, and today we are an international company with branches in seven different countries. Pens are still our most important product, but today we supply more than 2,000 items directly from stock.
Through acquisitions and growth, various new brands joined our group. This prompted us to change our name. Since 2009, we have operated under the name Favorite Gifts. Today, our headquarters are located in Tiel, and we employ more than 400 people.
Favorite Gifts applies prints to products itself at its facilities in Tiel (the Netherlands) and Bolesławiec (Poland). We also have a number of brands under which we supply our products to the market.
