Strong winds are blowing in Bolesławiec County. And once again, our firefighters have their hands full. Officers from OSP Różyniec:
4:41 a.m. – we were dispatched to a fallen tree on the A4 motorway, at kilometer 59. After removing the danger, we were instructed to go to Tomaszów Bol., where strong winds had torn off the roof covering of a residential building.
They add:
Another incident – we are going to Iwiny, where a tree is lying on the road and blocking traffic. On the way back to the station, on the road between Tomaszów Bol. and Krzyżowa, another branch, this time, is hanging dangerously over the roadway. We remove the danger using a rope.
4:45 a.m. a tree has fallen onto the road between Kraśnik and Krzyżowa.
Another dispatch: 5:34 a.m. – a tree has fallen onto the road at the exit from Krzyżowa toward Kraśnik.

Since 4:44 a.m., our crews have been working to remove the effects of the dangerous storm. These include fallen trees, downed power lines and poles.
At 04:55 a.m. we were dispatched to a torn-off roof in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki.
