We have reported on courageous Julka many times. As her mother wrote, Julka’s:
Three years old is no age to know pain and fear; three years old is no age to anxiously await what the next day will bring. My little daughter is three years old and is fighting neuroblastoma! I would so much like to take her suffering away, to ease it, even for a moment, but I cannot do anything, and this helplessness is destroying me from within!
Julka has undergone debilitating chemotherapy, surgery to remove a kidney and an adrenal gland, a stem cell transplant and radiotherapy.
Her mother adds:
Yet it is still not enough! The disease is still not letting up. We were preparing our daughter for immunotherapy, but the problems kept piling up. She developed an intestinal obstruction, and a tumor formed near the ovary. I am devastated, but I cannot despair—I have to fight! I will do anything for my child! Please, help me save her!
