To recover, Julcia should undergo a special therapy. However, this type of treatment is not used in Poland; it is available at a clinic in Barcelona. The cost of this therapy is PLN 1.5 million.
There is good news amid this entire ordeal – thanks to the fundraising campaign so far, Julka and her father have reached the clinic in Barcelona. Ahead of her is a complete set of examinations – a blood test, MIBG scan, MRI and bone marrow sampling – which will make it possible to select the best possible treatment.
