On Friday, 26 March, two young men, aged 17 and 18, were detained by police on suspicion of an armed robbery that took place in mid-March this year. The perpetrators entered one of the grocery shops. Threatening a female employee with an object resembling a baseball bat, they demanded money. The shop employee managed to activate the alarm. The attackers fled, taking 14 packs of cigarettes with them.

The same individuals will also stand trial for breaking into one of the apartments on Kwiatowa Street. The incident took place during the night of 18–19 March. The perpetrators entered through a window. They stole electronic equipment and jewellery. The losses were estimated at at least PLN 10,000. Police recovered some of the stolen property.
