One of the important points of the meeting was a ceremonial gala at which the athletics season was summarized and the best clubs from Lower Silesia were recognized. Since last year's gala did not take place because of the pandemic, this year the achievements from the 2020 and 2021 seasons were taken into account.
The places occupied by individual clubs in the voivodeship are determined by the points that athletes earn at the Polish Championships and, in the U16 category, at the Intervoivodeship Championships for Youngsters.
Over the past two years, our club's athletes earned 304 points – 137 in the 2020 season and 167 in 2021 (the second-best result in MKS Bolesłavia's history).
Among all athletics clubs in Lower Silesia, we took second place, behind only KS AZS-AWF Wrocław. Congratulations to all the athletes who scored points and to their coaches.
A gala to summarize this season's achievements and recognize the best athletes will be held in early January 2022, and we already invite you to attend. We will announce the exact date of the gala on our website and Facebook profile.
You can see the full classification of athletics clubs from Lower Silesia on the MKS Bolesłavia website.
