The containers belong to PCK, and the city has an agreement with PCK. However, they are emptied by another company hired for this purpose. On the one hand, the used clothing from the containers is needed by poor people; on the other, the containers are regularly vandalized in almost every current location. Clothing is pulled out of them, and there is a mess all around. Additionally, according to readers, homeless people spend the night in some of the used-clothing containers.
Is there any way to solve this problem? One reader on the istotne.pl profile on Facebook suggested that the containers could be placed on the premises of municipal companies, for example at MZGK or PSZOK, so that the container would be under supervision.
