The incident occurred on 3 March. Around 2:00 p.m., a municipal police officer monitoring surveillance cameras noticed a group of young people drinking alcohol in the playground on Łukasiewicza Street in Bolesławiec. A municipal police patrol found three teenagers at the scene, none of whom was 18 years old. One of the minors provided an exact description of the person who had sold him alcohol without checking his identity document.
The Bolesławiec police are conducting further proceedings in the case.
