In Saturday’s match (20 November), which brought the autumn round of the competition to a close, BKS’s senior team defeated Czarni Lwówek Śląski 4–0 (2–0) at Spółdzielcza.
BKS’s goals were scored by: Dawid Kowalonek, Adrian Kulesza, Mateusz Olesiński and Kamil Posadowski.
Saturday’s match clearly belonged to our team. Coach Sebastian Tylutki’s players imposed their style of play on the opponents from the start, and it did not take long to see the results. In the 20th minute, following a good move, Mateusz Medyński shot at the opponents’ goal. The visiting goalkeeper made a good save, but Dawid Kowalonek was in the right place and headed us into a 1–0 lead. In the 36th minute, Mateusz Olesiński made his way into the opponents’ penalty area. The BKS defender would certainly have scored, but he was brought down and the ball fell to Adrian Kulesza. Kaczor does not usually waste such chances and, with a close-range shot, put BKS Bolesławiec 2–0 ahead. The score remained unchanged until half-time.
After the change of ends, the course of the game did not change. The visitors from Lwówek Śląski looked for a goal to get back into the match, but our players were flawless that day. In the 49th minute, Kamil Skiba made an excellent run down the right. The BKS defender passed to Mateusz Olesiński, who fired a powerful shot under the crossbar to make it 3–0. Seven minutes later it was already 4–0. Maciej Szewczyk provided the assist, and Kamil Posadowski put the ball in the net. Despite several more chances, the score did not change, and BKS Bolesławiec’s final victory of the year became a fact.
Saturday’s match was our team’s last game of the year. The postponed match against Victoria Ruszów has been moved to next year (5 March 2022). There will be time to sum up the autumn round, but it cannot be denied that our boys performed excellently throughout the autumn and will begin their fight for promotion to the fourth league next year from a very good position.
