Residents of the apartment blocks on Kosiby Street in Bolesławiec are requesting intervention regarding the dangerous driving of some motorists. Some drivers, travelling along the narrow residential street, behave as if they were in a rally, exceeding the speed limit and posing a danger not only to pedestrians. They also endanger other drivers leaving the car park or joining traffic from the residential road on the side of Starzyńskiego Street.

Collisions sometimes occur near the residential rubbish bin area and the intersection with another residential road. Drivers leaving the minor road have limited visibility because of the large number of parked cars. If another driver is speeding along the main road, a collision can easily occur. Residents believe that installing two speed bumps would solve the problem of speeding and dangerous behaviour on this residential street.

As can be seen in the attached photographs, this is a straight, fairly long stretch of residential road. Some people like to exceed the speed limit there.

We reported the problem to Mirosław Sakowski, a councillor of the Bolesławiec City Council. He promised to submit an interpellation on the matter to the City Council.
