The following departments of the Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Bolesławcu will be closed:
- administration,
- patient rights specialist,
- laboratory – sample collection point,
- registration,
- medical imaging department,
- medical secretariat,
- specialist clinics,
- endoscopy department.

- Bolesławiec – 8:00–16:00,
- Legnica – 8:00–11:00,
- Lubin – 11:30–13:30,
