The incident occurred on Monday, November 8, near the town of Dobra. Before 4:00 p.m., on provincial road No. 350, at the turn-off toward Osieczów, the driver of a Volkswagen, a 44-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to yield the right of way to an Audi driven by a 26-year-old from Legnica County.
As a result of the collision, the at-fault vehicle hit another car. Fortunately, no one was injured. (The incident was classified as a collision).
The 44-year-old was fined.
