Cleanup is underway in Bolesławiec and Bolesławiec County following the windstorm that swept through the county.

Gusty winds uprooted and broke trees and damaged buildings and cars. Part of the façade of a high-rise building on Gałczyńskiego Street in Bolesławiec was torn off.

As reported by Bolesławiec City Hall:

Gusty winds caused significant damage to trees and damaged so-called street furniture. Many households were left without electricity.
