A meeting with reserve colonel of the Polish Armed Forces Adam Mazguła was organized by the Wolna Gromadka Association. The subject of the meeting will include the activities of uniformed services toward citizens—their rights and obligations.

Adam Mazguła, a Polish soldier, scoutmaster, social and political activist, and commissioned reserve colonel of the Polish Armed Forces. He is the author of an open letter to the generals and officers of the Polish Armed Forces, published on November 29, 2016, in which he called on the military to defend the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the Constitutional Tribunal, and the secular nature of the army, as well as to reject the Smolensk faith. He was a signatory of the Stop Dewastacji Polski appeal of December 3, 2016, which called for a strike against the PiS government. The appeal was signed by 13 signatories, including Lech Wałęsa, Władysław Frasyniuk, and Mateusz Kijowski. On December 22, 2016, he issued a Letter to the Bishops in Poland, in which he appealed for the Church to stop becoming involved in politics in Poland.
