As we read on the investor’s website:
Panattoni, the leader in the industrial real estate market in Europe, has built more than one million square metres of space in Lower Silesia and continues to discover the region’s potential as a window to Europe.
When will construction of Panattoni Park Bolesławiec begin?
As early as October.
How tall will the park be?
Panattoni: “The development will be built in accordance with the company’s new technical specification—it will have a clear height of 12 metres and will also undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.”
This will be the developer’s 22nd park in Lower Silesia. Panattoni Park Bolesławiec is to be ready to serve customers from many sectors, including e-commerce, logistics and industry. The investor:
The developer will ensure appropriate access to daylight, acoustics and thermal comfort for employees, as well as develop an air-quality plan. In addition, a mechanical ventilation system will be designed to minimise the concentration and recirculation of pollutants. Panattoni will also apply an enhanced standard of solutions limiting the consumption of drinking water, using, among other things, a leak-detection system, a rainwater system and water-saving fittings.
Damian Kowalczyk, development director at Panattoni:
Interest in warehouse facilities close to the border is growing continuously, and Panattoni is doing everything it can to meet this demand. We deliver developments that make it possible to serve both the German market and the entire western and southern parts of the continent. Panattoni Park Bolesławiec is an example—it will be located just half an hour from the western border.
Where exactly will Panattoni Park Bolesławiec be built?
At the Krzyżowa interchange, which connects the A4 and A18 motorways.
