Officers from Kruszyn established that the perpetrator of the burglary, which took place on 14 September in one of the towns in Bolesławiec Municipality, is a 30-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. District Police Headquarters:
When the suspect came to a police unit to provide explanations regarding a case from December 2020, he learned that the police had evidence against him in another case.
The 30-year-old, who in September this year stole tools, power tools and golf clubs from an outbuilding, confessed to the crime. District Police Headquarters: “The officers recovered some of the stolen property and are taking further steps to locate the remaining items.”
The suspect faces a prison sentence of between one and as many as ten years.
