Heavy military equipment from the 10th Armoured Cavalry Brigade in Świętoszów, including a Leopard tank, has appeared in Piłsudski Square in Bolesławiec. It is connected with the 30th anniversary of the Nysa Euroregion.

Here is the equipment that can be admired in the centre of the City of Ceramics:

Bolesławiec County Governor Tomasz Gabrysiak:

The Nysa Euroregion already has a long history; in fact, it is difficult to imagine this part of Poland, our south-western corner, without the Euroregion. It is a network of connections that links local governments as well as social organisations—Polish, German and Czech. A tangible effect of the Euroregion’s activities is that we implement projects funded by its resources.

And he adds:

Meetings with partners from the Czech Republic and Germany bring a lot of joy and provide an exchange of experience—especially for the youngest residents of Bolesławiec County. Today, in an open Europe, this is quite an important matter. It certainly has great educational value.
