A new, fully equipped vehicle worth more than PLN 520,000 was purchased using external funding. Tomasz Gabrysiak, Starosta Bolesławiecki, attended the ceremony handing over the ambulance to the hospital, together with representatives of the local authorities.
This event marks the beginning of a process that will see the emergency medical teams’ fleet replaced over the next year, the hospital emergency department modernized and expanded by an additional 300 sq m, and a hospital helipad built. The total cost of the entire investment will exceed PLN 20 million.
