The incident took place on Friday, September 24, in the morning, on the A4 motorway. Bolesławiec traffic police detained the driver of a Ford, a resident of Opole Voivodeship. As it turned out, the man from Opole was completely drunk—he had, remarkably, 4‰ of alcohol in his system.
The 40-year-old could now face up to two years in prison.
