The aim of the training was to coordinate subunits in tactical operations, improve the ability to conduct operations in various terrain and weather conditions, and to perform combat training standards during the day and under conditions of limited visibility.

The essence of the integrated exercises conducted by the battalion commanders was to train the entire subunit with the effective use of the regiment’s training facilities. As part of the exercises, tactical and specialist training was conducted, coordinating crews and teams as well as subunits for operations in accordance with their intended purpose.

As part of the command-post exercise of the command battalion, code-named SKORA-21, the command post staff planned a long-distance movement. The exercise made it possible to improve elements of the command system, the practical skills of duty personnel and knowledge of the applicable operational procedures.

During the integrated exercises of the rocket artillery battalion, the subunit’s operations during tactical activities were improved, including the execution of fire missions, work at duty stations and verification of the performance of combat training standards.

The specialist training of the personnel operating KRAB self-propelled howitzers, who recently joined the battalion, was an intensive period of improving practical skills in operating as part of crews, carrying out maintenance activities and learning about the combat capabilities of the new equipment.

The exercises conducted during the day and at night and based at the training ground adjacent to the barracks constituted one of the elements of specialist training preparing the artillerymen for participation in field training and exercises scheduled for October and November of this year.
