Officers from Legnica, while on duty in Bolesławiec County, caught two people in the act: a 20-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man. The residents of Lubań County attempted to steal six radiators and other valuable items, but they failed.

As reported by the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters:

As a result of the investigation, police officers from Kruszyn proved that this was already the suspect’s second “visit” to the building. Two weeks earlier, the perpetrator had broken into an uninhabited single-family house in Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality and stolen copper pipes.

The suspects were charged. She faces a sentence of between three months and as many as five years in prison. He faces, as a recidivist, between one and as many as fifteen years behind bars.
