After two days of competition at the Water Sports Centre in Bolesławiec, the team from Zgorzelec emerged victorious. The duo from Świdnica won second place. One of the teams fielded by the County Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec finished in third place.

During the closing ceremony, president Piotr Roman spoke. He thanked the firefighters for their work during the coronavirus pandemic and invited them to the record-breaking Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival.

Bolesławiec County starost Tomasz Gabrysiak spoke in a similar vein:

This is an opportunity to thank our county commander. The fact that firefighters always cope with all threats is obvious. But what happened in March last year was indeed unknown territory. We all encountered it for the first time. I wanted to thank all the firefighters, and especially, of course, those from Bolesławiec. They rose to the occasion; there was never a time when they failed to respond to a call for help

He added:

I am glad that once again you are in Bolesławiec and that the number of teams is growing.

The championship was also summed up by the county commander of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec, Brigadier Andrzej Śliwowski:

I would like to thank all the competitors for their sporting competition and commitment. I am also very pleased that no one suffered an injury or had an accident. That is very good news—that you will return to your units in good health.

And Senior Brigadier Marek Kamiński, Lower Silesian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, added:

I am glad that in this difficult time there was an opportunity for this meeting. Volleyball is doing well. I hope that commanders will continue this tradition and that you, firefighters, will keep coming, competing, meeting and integrating. Because that is very important.

He also noted:

The event is growing, which makes me very happy.
