According to police findings, an 82-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, riding his bicycle properly, hit a 47-year-old woman from Bolesławiec. Officers determined that the woman was walking in the middle of the road and suddenly stepped directly in front of the cyclist's wheels.
As a result of the collision, the woman was taken to hospital with head injuries. The incident was classified as a road accident. The case will be decided in court.
