– Police officers from the Police Station in Pieńsk, as a result of operational work, discovered a marijuana grow operation in one of the residential buildings in the Pieńsk municipality. During the activities, the officers seized four cannabis plants, reports Police Commissioner Agnieszka Goguł, press officer for the District Police Headquarters in Zgorzelec.
She adds:
A 29-year-old resident of Zgorzelec County was detained in connection with the case.
The officers are investigating all the circumstances of the case. The young man could now face up to three years in prison.
