On Tuesday, February 9, police detained a 20-year-old man suspected of a series of break-ins at garden sheds, which occurred during the winter in Bolesławiec. Taking advantage of the allotment holders’ absence, the man robbed their sheds. His haul included household appliances, tools and a television.
Police proved that the detainee had committed seven break-ins and several thefts. Officers recovered some of the stolen property.
The 20-year-old now faces up to 10 years in prison.
