I would like to raise the issue of the stolen manhole covers on the overpass located between the roundabout of road 363 and the roundabout by al. Tysiąclecia, above the bypass. I reported the matter to the police last week, I think on Tuesday, and to this day nothing has changed.

On the day I reported it, I went to the site with a police patrol and showed them the manholes missing their covers—there are four of them; the police officers made a note, took photographs, and apparently the matter has stalled.

And he pointed out:

The manholes on the overpass described above are missing their covers and are approximately 2 to 3.5 metres deep. Water can be seen at the bottom. Two of these manholes are slightly off to the side of the roadway on the overpass, but the deeper ones are already in the lane on the left and right.

He also stated:

The manholes are wide enough for a child to fall in easily; even an adult could fit in the hole. Please raise this issue before a tragedy occurs. Our dog has already fallen into one of the manholes. Fortunately, he was wearing a harness and was attached to a leash, which allowed us to pull him out.

We appeal to the road administrator to take action!
