The incident occurred on Friday, August 6, in the afternoon. Two young people (aged 16 and 14), residents of Bolesławiec County, were drinking alcohol in a public place—more precisely, on the sports field on Graniczna Street in Bolesławiec, known locally as the “rowek.”
The younger of them suffered such severe ethanol poisoning that both an emergency medical team and the police were called to the scene. The boy was taken to hospital. (The older teenager was handed over to his father.)
The family court will be notified about the incident.
