A moment later, the officers noticed the desperate man lying on the tracks. When he saw the patrol, the man got up and fled into nearby bushes.

A short while later, the 32-year-old resident of Lubin County was already in the officers’ custody. It turned out that the desperate man was completely drunk; a test showed more than 2.5 parts per thousand of alcohol in his system. The man explained that he had threatened his loved ones that he would kill himself because of personal problems.
