Thanks to 56 production facilities in 7 countries and the presence of its products in 117 countries, the company improves the comfort, safety and quality of life of millions of people around the world.
TECHNONICOL had been present on the Polish market for over 15 years, offering a wide range of products for insulating homes “from foundation to roof” – roofing felt and bituminous compounds, mineral wool, PVC membranes, dimpled membrane, extruded polystyrene, PIR thermal insulation boards and bituminous shingles.
In July 2021, TECHNONICOL was transformed into TN International Corporation, whose portfolio currently includes brands such as TECHNONICOL, Superglass, Imper, MIDA and BÖRNER. In April 2021, the company began production in Poland.
The mineral wool factory in Wykroty is TN International’s first facility in Poland and one of the largest investments in the company’s history. The factory, built on a 20-hectare site in the Kamienna Góra Special Economic Zone for Small Business, plans to produce 90,000 tonnes of mineral wool annually.
The new facility in Wykroty supplies a full range of products – both general construction products for insulating attics or partition walls and wool for ventilated façades, ETICS insulation systems and flat-roof insulation.
Ecology and ensuring maximum protection of the natural environment are very important factors associated with the factory. In accordance with TN International’s mission, the factory in Wykroty is fully self-sufficient and zero-waste. The waste generated is processed and used in further production. Gas afterburning systems and numerous filters are also used to emit only minimal amounts of pollutants.
The entire facility is overseen by director Piotr Bonarski and a team of 150 employees.
