The investment will be carried out for the global industrial group Atlas Copco, which supplies solutions used, among other things, in compressed air, vacuum, industrial tools and assembly technologies.
Atlas Copco’s new factory in Okmiany
The facility will be developed on a build-to-suit basis, meaning a building designed and constructed in accordance with the detailed requirements of its future user. Panattoni is responsible for delivering the investment.
In the case of the investment in Okmiany, the facility will combine production, warehouse, service, and office and staff welfare functions. Atlas Copco plans to begin operations there in the second quarter of 2027.
