The incident occurred during the night of January 26–27. Around 3:00 a.m., a guard operating the surveillance system noticed two men who stopped in a parking lot on Staroszkolna Street in Bolesławiec. At one point, one of them tore the side mirror off a car parked there. The municipal police officer immediately notified the police.
Thanks to the surveillance operator’s swift and decisive response, police apprehended two people who will face charges for property damage.

It turned out that two more people were involved in the case. The entire group of four—residents of Lwówek Śląski aged between 21 and 23—had been stealing car wheel covers.
The suspects were taken into police custody. They face up to five years in prison.
