– New roads are being built in the area of Ptasia and Widok streets, located in an area designated for detached housing construction. Once the project is completed, the sale of approximately 100 plots for detached residential development is planned in this area, Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman reports.
At the same time, work is also underway to install water supply and sewer connections for these plots. As part of the “Construction of roads with lighting in the area of Ptasia-Widok streets” project, roads with a total length of more than 1,350 m, pedestrian and cycle paths, shared pedestrian and vehicular paths, and lighting will be built.
The total cost of the project is PLN 2,475,845. The project is 50 percent co-financed by the Municipal Roads Fund.
