Criminal investigators forcibly entered the apartment and arrested the 46-year-old, who was wanted by the court and the prosecutor’s office. “The man did not respond to the police officers’ commands because he knew he faced a prison sentence for drug-related offenses,” says asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer for the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. “He also had methamphetamine at home, which he threw into a trash bin, hoping that the police would not find it there.”
The Bolesławiec resident, convicted of dealing and possessing narcotics, was charged with additional offenses after his arrest. The man was taken to prison, where he will spend at least 2 years and 2 months.
