The amended regulation published on Tuesday, May 25, in the Journal of Laws states that from June 4 it will be possible to conduct activities “related to all collective forms of culture and entertainment,” but only outdoors.

Until now, outdoor events could be organized, with the exception of concerts by musical groups and performances by circus groups.

There are conditions

Of course, everything will have to take place in accordance with safety rules:

  • Every other seat in the audience will remain vacant.
  • If no seats are designated, event participants will have to maintain a minimum distance of one and a half meters from one another.
  • A maximum of 250 people will be allowed to attend a concert.
  • Every spectator will have to wear a mask.
  • Eating meals in the audience area will not be allowed.
