The primary objective of the exercise was to improve the skills of the subunit commander and the command staff in resolving tactical problems, and thus to assess their level of preparedness to conduct tactical operations.
They also add:
The TYWA-21 exercise also provided all personnel serving at the command post of the 3rd Rocket Artillery Squadron with an opportunity to improve their skills in participating in the command process and preparing combat documents in accordance with established procedures, thereby testing the flow of information in internal and external relations. The work methodology of the command staff cells was assessed at every stage of the command process, while emerging tactical problems made the adopted tactical situation more realistic.
Everyone who took part in the exercise knows that the experience gained and the conclusions drawn during it will serve them in their further training activities.
