In Saturday’s match, BKS drew 1–1 (0–1) with Twardy Świętoszów at the stadium on Spółdzielcza Street. The visitors’ goal was scored in the 40th minute by Adrian Biniecki. The hosts equalised in the 85th minute through Michał Kapusz.

Before the match, a minute’s silence was held in memory of people who had recently died and who were associated with BKS Bolesławiec. These included coach and former BKS player Józef Kawałko and supporter Donat Nowak, who cheered on and supported BKS.

The Świętoszów team has more reason to be pleased with Saturday’s draw. In the first half, it posed virtually no threat to the BKS goal apart from one chance, when Adrian Biniecki took advantage of indecision in the hosts’ defence and put the ball into the net. BKS, meanwhile, played well and created chances but failed to convert any of them. The header by Oskar Pochwała in the opening minutes, after which the ball went just over the visitors’ crossbar, is worth mentioning, as is Filip Zagórski’s individual move, when he pushed the ball too far ahead in the penalty area and was beaten to it by the Świętoszów goalkeeper.

BKS continued to control the game in the second half, but lacked a finish. Shots that were too weak or off target failed to find the net. Only near the end of the match, after a free kick taken by Dawid Kowalonek and a header by Michał Kapusz, did the hosts draw level. Despite efforts by the team from Spółdzielcza Street and the visitors, who also had opportunities to tip the balance in their favour, no more goals were scored and the teams shared the points.
