– The primary aim of the training was to familiarize the participants with optimal organizational and training solutions enabling them to achieve the intended objectives during exercises involving combat operations with equipment. In addition, the training provided an opportunity to improve the skills of exercise leaders in organizing and conducting complex exercises in this subject – reports Capt. She adds:
During the instructional training, personnel from subunits of the 3rd Squadron carried out a range of activities, from opening fire to completing the fire mission, thereby improving their knowledge at their respective duty positions.
Uniformed personnel: – In the final part of the training, the commander of the 3rd Rocket Artillery Squadron, Lt. Col. Dariusz Kramarski, specified the final conclusions from its course and provided all the trained exercise leaders with guidance on preparing and conducting training in combat operations with equipment under MSD conditions.
