On Tuesday, 29 December, officers received a report that some kind of device was located in the trunk of one of the cars parked in central Bolesławiec (the caller did not specify exactly what kind of device was involved).
As it turned out, it was a false alarm. Police quickly established the whereabouts of the person who made the report. At the time of his arrest, the 39-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was completely drunk. He had almost 2.5 per mille of alcohol in his system. He now faces up to 30 days in detention.
