As we read on the Prime Minister's Office profile:
From April 19 we allow sports activities at outdoor sports facilities (up to 25 people) and children and young people to participate in sporting competition conducted by the relevant Polish sports association.
The operation of sports facilities remains restricted exclusively to professional sport. All events may take place without spectators.
Gyms, fitness clubs, ski slopes, swimming pools, saunas and tanning salons, among others, remain closed.

As we have established, the Lower Silesian Football Association plans to begin the IV league, regional league, A-class and B-class competitions on April 24.
Of course, everything depends on clarification of the announced restrictions. The issue is the possibility of practicing sport at outdoor sports facilities (up to 25 people). Does this provision also apply to adult football competitions?
The resumption of the competitions also depends on whether the government tightens the current rules concerning the coronavirus epidemic before April 24.
We are awaiting an official DZPN statement on this matter.
