The incident occurred during the night of April 8–9. Emergency services were called to a car fire. The vehicle was in a ditch on the road between Zebrzydowa and Nowogrodziec.
The fire was extinguished. The car was completely destroyed. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
The Bolesławiec police are investigating the incident. As reported by firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Department in Nowogrodziec:
Upon arrival at the scene, they found an abandoned vehicle off the road, completely engulfed in flames. The scene was secured. Our firefighters, equipped with respiratory protective equipment, began extinguishing the vehicle using a single water stream.
Firefighters from Nowogrodziec and Zebrzydowa took part in the operation.
