The incident occurred on Wednesday, March 31. Volunteer firefighters from Nowogrodziec:
[...] after 10 a.m., we were called to assist an elderly person in Nowogrodziec, on Bolesławiecka Street. Our actions involved forcibly opening the apartment using a forcible-entry tool and breaching equipment.

We then helped the person who had called for assistance to stand up so that they could take their medication. After checking their vital signs and conducting an interview, the operation was concluded.
Firefighters from Bolesławiec and Nowogrodziec took part in the operation.
