Another intervention by soldiers from the Bolesławiec Bomb Disposal Patrol of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment. The uniformed personnel detonated a 115 mm tank-gun round that had been found in an abandoned building in Bolesławiec Municipality. What is frightening is that children came across the unexploded ordnance while playing.

What should you do if you find unexploded ordnance or a misfired shell?
- Do not touch such objects.
- Secure the area against access by unauthorized persons, such as children, and mark the place where the object was found.
- Report it immediately by calling the emergency number 112.
