Bolesławiec Healthcare Team:

We inform you that during the Easter holidays, PCR swab collection points for COVID-19 testing will be open. In Bolesławiec and Zgorzelec, PCR swabs are collected upon presentation of a printed proof of payment and an identity document containing a PESEL number. The price of a PCR swab (without a doctor's referral) is PLN 320.

Where will it be possible to take the test?

  • Bolesławiec, 4 Jeleniogórska Street:
    • Saturday (3 April) – from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
    • Sunday (4 April) – from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
    • Monday (5 April) – from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
      (It is not possible to pay in cash or by card on site);
  • Zgorzelec, 11 Lubańska Street:
    • Saturday (3 April) – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.,
    • Sunday (4 April) – CLOSED,
    • Monday (5 April) – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

ZOZ:

In Zgorzelec, it is also possible to take a rapid antigen test, which costs PLN 80. The antigen test can be paid for by card on site.

How do you pay for the test?

Payment title: COVID-19 SWAB, the tested person's first and last name, and PESEL number.

After the examination, each patient will receive an individual access card for online results. The card allows patients to check their results on the website before collecting them from the laboratory.
