The incident occurred on Monday, March 29, in the afternoon, at the railway crossing on Modłowa Street in Bolesławiec.
The man was walking from the direction of the Lidl store, reached the barrier and initially waited. However, he lasted less than 50 seconds before going around the barrier and walking directly in front of a moving freight train.
The driver sounded the horn for a long time to warn the man. He ignored it and continued walking. Fortunately, everything ended well for the man who had broken the rules.
