On 11 March, municipal police officers went to Opitza Street, where, according to a report, an unknown perpetrator had dumped construction waste and rubble under a bin enclosure. Municipal Police:
As a result of official proceedings, the person responsible for littering the area was identified, fined and ordered to remove the pollution, which they did immediately.
On 12 March, municipal police officers took action in connection with littering around a bin enclosure on Zgorzelecka Street. The officers:
During the official proceedings, the perpetrator of the offence was identified. The irresponsible Bolesławiec resident was also fined and ordered to clean up the accumulated cardboard, which they did immediately.
On 15 March, meanwhile, the duty officer received a report that large quantities of rubble had been stored next to one of the bin enclosures on Prusa Street. Municipal police officers: “The patrol sent to the scene confirmed the report: rubble was found in several dozen bags. As a result of the actions taken, the apartment where renovation work was being carried out was identified, followed by the man who had littered the area under the bin enclosure with rubble. The perpetrator of the offence was fined and cleared away the waste.”

The conduct described above is unacceptable and punishable, so let us remember this when planning renovations. Moreover, remember that rubble—or any other renovation waste—must under no circumstances be thrown into an “ordinary” waste container, regardless of its quantity. Such waste is not classified as municipal waste.
